Farm Stay Package (includes)

• 1 x lead pony ride per child (3-14 years)
• 1 x Quad bike ride per child as passenger (3-14 years)
• All ages can come up at a pre-arranged time and feed and pat the farm animals, collect the eggs, maybe milk the cow
• Unlimited use of the dam for swimming or rafting (raft supplied)
• Farm activities can change without notice (Weather permitting or seasonal)
• Feed Horses: You can feed horses over the cabin fence. A bag of carrots can be found in the cabin fridge (when in season) but if not you can feed them bread or cut up apple. Please don't feed apple cores to horses as the seeds are poisonous to them.

Farmstay Tariffs

Ridge Top Cabin (1 bedroom, sleeps 4-6)
Snuggle Inn Cabin (2 bedrooms sleeps 5-7)

Minimum stay 2 nights.

• 2 nights: 2 Adults and up to 2 children $450 extra person $50
• 3 nights: 2 Adults and up to 2 children $590 extra person $60

Tallow Wood Cabin (4 bedroom cabin sleeps 10-12)

Minimum stay 2 nights, minimum 6 people

• 2 nights: 6 people $690 extra person $70

Included in tariff is all your children's farm activities, linen, blankets, towels, firewood, tea and coffee

We accept cash, cheque and credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Eftpos is available no cash out.

All prices are valid until 31st of March 2009

General Information

• Check in 1pm Check out 10am. Late check out by arrangement.
• Drive slowly when on the property 5 km/h speed limit.
• If you are arriving later than prearranged time please ring with your new arrival time as office may not be attended.
• If arriving late please bring a torch.
• Mobile phone reception is available at all cabins.

Farm Animals

Horses and cows are wandering the farm so we suggest you park your car in gated area at each cabin, park outside this area at own risk. Horses often visit the cabin looking for food; please feed horses over the cabin fence don't feed outside fence area as this is dangerous. A bag of carrots can be found in the cabin fridge (when in season) but if not you can feed them bread or cut up an apple. Please don't feed the horses the core as the seeds are poisonous to them. If you would like the carrots to last longer cut length ways, as you could choke the horse if you cut it across ways. Horses can be unpredictable, do not startle them or walk between them or behind their back legs.

Booking terms & Conditions

1. Deposit must be received by Brockhurst Cabins to secure your booking.
2. Deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the first day of your booking, minus a $20 administration fee. Balance of payment is to be paid upon arrival.
3. Deposit is not refundable for Public or School holidays, Christmas/New Year or Easter, except if we can re-book for the same period. Balance is due 7 days before your arrival date during these periods.
4. Bookings cannot be shortened within 7 days prior to your arrival.
5. Cabin must be left tidy or a cleaning fee may apply.
